By accessing and using the FlorWeave website (the "Site") and purchasing our products, including Tops, Skirts, and Sets, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Site or services.

2. User Conduct and Orders

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. When placing an order, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete. FlorWeave reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

3. Intellectual Property Protection

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of FlorWeave or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any material from this Site without our prior written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FlorWeave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the products giving rise to the claim.

5. Refund & Return Policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction. You may return eligible, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. 6. Modifications to Terms and Service

FlorWeave reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
